The Memorial Brick Program was started in 2007 to help raise funds for the 10th Mountain Division Scholarship Fund by selling custom engraved bricks that line the memorial walk at Memorial Park.
Soldiers of the modern division which was reactivated in 1985 are not eligible for the scholarships awarded through the 10th Mountain Foundation nor are they eligible for the Rotary Club’s Purple heart scholarship if they do not meet certain guidelines. The Association Scholarship program fills the gap by allowing current Soldiers and their family members access if they do not meet other criteria for other programs.
